Saad has written and directed three feature films — Station (India's first Hindi feature made out of Bangalore, released theatrically by PVR Director's Rare), Love and She (a Hollywood indie feature), and Humble Politician Nograj (the first Kannada film to go worldwide on Amazon Prime, starring Danish Sait). His work also includes the series Ankahi Ansuni (JioHotstar) and Constable Girpade (Amazon Prime Video), and the upcoming Telugu feature Sangeet, produced by Lahari Films.

Created by Saad in 2012, THE IMPROV is Bangalore's original live improvisational comedy show. Every show is unscripted, unrehearsed, and made up entirely on the spot with the audience. It's trained and shared the stage with names like Kanan Gill, Kenny Sebastian, Danish Sait, and Sumukhi Suresh — and it's still the same wild, unpredictable thing it was on day one.

A professor at Masters' Union, and a communication trainer everywhere else — teaching teams and students to think on their feet using the same tools improvisers use on stage.

Under "Improv-Powered Communication," Saad runs training programs on improv-powered communication, storytelling, public speaking, and acting workshops. Since 2011, he's run 100+ workshops and trained 700+ participants — from freshers to senior leadership — at companies including Accenture, IBM, DreamWorks, Oliver Wyman, Mu Sigma, Masters' Union, and TULAH Clinical Wellness, and institutions like Delhi Public School and the Aga Khan Foundation.

Founded FirstAction Studios in Bangalore back in 2011 — before "content from Bangalore" was a thing. A decade on, it's helped a lot of people taste media without having to move to Delhi or Mumbai to do it.

Saad is the Founder and Creative Head of FirstAction Studios, a creative content and film production company making films, web series, and audio content across formats and languages. FirstAction's slate includes Humble Politician Nograj, Ankahi Ansuni, and Constable Girpade. On the audio side, Saad directed Pitching Pyaar, an Amazon Audible Original romantic comedy. He has also directed ad films and commercials for brands including Flipkart, Big Bazaar, and Gery Gone Mad, among others.
